Mr. Wrigglesworth
asked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will draw the Inter-Departmental Working Party Report on Education and Training for Offshore Development to the attention of polytechnics in the Northern Region of England with a view to concentrating efforts on a single centre, as recommended in the Report of the Select Committee on Science and Technology in July 1974.
