asked the Secretary of State for Employment if salary premiums for the flying of Concorde can be paid whilst complying with the policy outlined in Command Paper No. 6151, in view of the existing salary levels of airline pilots.

It is for the negotiators to determine how the policy set out in Command Paper No. 6151 applies to their particular situation. Guidance is available in cases of doubt.
