asked the Secretary of State for Employment if the productivity payments for pre-flight checks on TriStar aircraft currently proposed for British Airways employees should count within the £6 a week rise mentioned in Command Paper No. 6151 in order to secure compliance with the policy outlined in the White Paper.

It is for negotiators to determine how the policy set out in Command Paper No. 6151 applies to their particular situation. Guidance is available in cases of doubt.
