The Property Services Agency of the Department of the Environment is responsible for work undertaken on construction and maintenance in unemployment benefit offices but I understand that the cost to public funds of a new notice board at Ramsgate Unemployment Benefit Office was £15 and of the construction and resurfacing work £1,820.
