asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many incidents have been reported to the incident centres in Belfast and Londonderry since they were set up at the start of the ceasefire; what discussions he has had with the Provisional IRA about extending them; in how many cases they have played a significant part in defusing an otherwise dangerous situation; in how many cases security forces or police have had their activities curtailed as a result of information received via an incident centre; and in how many cases the Provisional IRA have changed their stance for similar reasons.
