asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will, before the announcement of his Budget measures, make it his policy to present draft budget accounts for consideration by Parliament on the lines of those presented to the Japanese Parliament, the Congress of the United States of America and the Bundestag in Germany.

I do not at present intend making any changes in the usual arrangements.
