asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what alterations have taken place in the structure of his Department since the report to the Select Committee on 20th February 1967.

The major change in structure has been the unification in 1971 of certain professional, scientific and technical services to form a single Agricultural Development and Advisory Service. Summary entries in the Civil Service Year Book show the organisation of the Department, but if the hon.
