Post Office

Mr. Ronald Bell, supported by Mr. Michael Latham, Mr. John Wells and Mr. Kenneth Lewis, presented a Bill to restore the Post Office to the position of a Department of State under a Postmaster General; and for purposes connected therewith; And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 5th March and to be printed.
