asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has considered the speech made by Mr. Donald Milliken at the 5th Annual Conference of the RUC Police Federation; and what response he intends making to its representations.

The hon. Member is presumably referring to Mr. Milliken's representations about pay and rent allowance. These matters are answered in my replies to the hon. Member's earlier Questions.
