asked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) whether, in the dispute between SLADE and Collett, Dickinson, Pearce International Limited either party has consulted the Arbitration, Conciliation and Advisory Service;(2) what representations he has received about the dispute over trade union membership between SLADE and Collett, Dickinson, Pearce International Limited and what replies he has given.

I understand that the employer has consulted the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service. I am sure ACAS will do its best to help. I have not received any representations about this dispute.
