asked the Secretary of State for Employment whether the offices of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service have been brought into the dispute at the Randolph Hotel, Oxford, following the recent ballot conducted by the Electoral Reform Society; and if he will make a statement.

I understand that the ACAS has held several meetings with the parties to this dispute, and continues to he ready to assist.
