That, during the proceedings on the matter of Transport and Communications in Wales, the Welsh Grand Committee have leave to sit twice on the first day on which they shall meet; and that notwithstanding the provision of Standing Order No. 64 (Meetings of standing committees) the second such sitting shall not commence before Four o'clock nor continue after Six o'clock.—[Mr. Thomas Cox.]
