asked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) what funds he expects to make available to enable disabled drivers in receipt of a disability allowance to commute their allowance in order to buy a suitable vehicle;(2) when he expects a commutation scheme for those in receipt of a mobility allowance who wish to purchase suitable vehicles to be set up in Scotland.
