Mr. Gow

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs which Commonwealth Governments will be represented at the forthcoming Commonwealth Prime Ministers' Conference in London; and who is to represent each of such Governments.

Mr. Luard

All Commonwealth Governments are entitled to attend. We do not yet know who will represent each Government.

Mr. Gow

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what is his estimate of the cost to public funds of the forthcoming Commonwealth Prime Ministers' Conference in London.
