asked the Secretary of State for Trade, in the light of the action in the courts of New York or New Jersey taken to challenge the refusal to implement Secretary Coleman's ruling on the landing of Concorde which flowed from decisions taken between Her Majesty's Government and the United States of America under the Bermuda Agreement, in how many cases action has been taken by or against Her Majesty's Government for alleged breach of international agreements between the two countries.
