I beg to move Amendment No. 3, in page 6, line 25, leave out from second 'to' to end of line 27 and insert 'proceed as in'.
With this we may also take Government Amendment No. 4.
These are purely drafting amendments to obviate repetition in subsection (7) of wording already embodied in subsection (6) and also to clarify the action to be taken under subsection (7).
