asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the percentage change in rates, notified to his Department, for the county and district councils in Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Wiltshire.

County councils do not levy rates. The percentage increases in general rate poundages so far notified to my Department by districts in the four counties mentioned are as follows:
