Gentleman. Meanwhile, the latest available information is based upon experience in the previous financial year; in this connection I would refer the right hon. Gentleman to my hon. Member for Woking (Mr. Onslow) on 17th May last—[Vol. 911, c. 427.] Users have to meet the costs of only petrol and oil and their expenditure is not recorded by the Department.
