Dr. Edmund Marshall accordingly presented a Bill to extend the liability to pay general sewerage and sewage disposal charges levied by water authorities to all domestic ratepayers in their areas whose hereditaments are without sewerage and to remove from such ratepayers any liability to pay other charges levied by local authorities and water authorities in respect of collection and disposal of the contents of cesspools and septic tanks: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 20th May and to be printed.
