The final attendance is only likely to be known shortly before the Meeting.

asked the Prime Minister (1) when the final arrangements will be made concerning his official reception for Commonwealth Prime Ministers in June;(2) when he proposes to issue invitations to all those Commonwealth Heads of State who will be attending the Commonwealth Prime Ministers' Conference to attend the official reception which he himself proposes to hold.

As is customary on these occasions, arrangements including those for issue of invitations will only be finalised just before the reception.
