Motion made, and Question put,

That the motion relating to Ways and Means may be proceeded with at this day's Sitting, though opposed, until any hour.—[Mr. Stoddart].

The House proceeded to a Division

Mr. BATES and Mr. COLEMAN were appointed Tellers for the Ayes, but no Member being willing to act as Teller for the Noes, Mr. SPEAKER declared that the Ayes had it.

Question accordingly agreed to.
