asked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he has given any advice to firms wishing to trade with Middle East countries as to whether or not they should complete at the request of the Governments of those countries forms asking if any of their directors are Jews; and whether he will make a statement.

Many firms with Jewish directors trade successfully with Middle East countries and this is made clear to inquiring firms.
