asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will set out the average times taken by ambulances on both emergency and non-emergency journeys from Abbey Wood, Belvedere and Plumstead to the Brook, Greenwich District and St. Nicholas hospitals over any recent seven-day period, differentiating between peak and off-peak traffic periods.

I regret that journey details are not recorded in this form; and the information could not be obtained without disproportionate expenditure and effort.
