asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) whether she will consider raising the upper limit for remission of fees in respect of further education students up to the age of 19 years;(2) whether she would consider giving remission of fees throughout the duration of a further education course even after the age of 18 years had been attained.

I see no reason to change existing guidance in respect of fees for students under 18; or to advise authorities further about fees after the age of 18.
