Rateable Values

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish details of the total domestic and commercial rateable values of property in England and Wales for each of the last five years available;(2) if he will publish details of the total domestic and commercial rateable values of property in the London borough of Lewisham for each of the last five years available.

The total rateable values of domestic and non-domestic properties in the London borough of Lewisham and in England and Wales as a whole at 1st April in each of the last five years were as follows:

The figures for April 1974 take account of rating revaluation except for Crown properties which were adjusted during 1973–4. The rateable values of some domestic properties were amended again from 1st April 1974.
