asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will publish a table showing the weight, cost per ounce and total cost of contained metal, in the bronze, silver, platinum and gold coins produced by the Royal Mint or by any other public authority for which the Royal Mint acts as producing agent to celebrate Her Majesty's Silver Jubilee, indicating in adjacent columns, all other costs of production and the selling price.

No. It is not the practice to give information relating to production costs which could be of commercial value to the Royal Mint's competitors.
