Members to have the opportunity, on request, of claiming back the costs of telephoning ministerial offices and other public offices in the execution of their duties on a similar basis to that now operating for Ministers of the Crown.

No. The Review Body on Top Salaries looked at the general question of extending telephone facilities for Members but decided that it would not be appropriate for this to be done (Report No. 8, Cmnd. 6574).
