asked the Minister of Overseas Development when the study on the internal communications covering air, road and coastal shipping in the Falkland Islands, that was announced five months ago, will be completed.

The team is still in the Falkland Islands. It will reutrn to this country in December, and I expect to receive its report very early in the New Year.
