asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will outline the administrative process involving the Scottish Special Housing Association, the Employment Services Agency and the Offshore Supplies Office, and their relevant sponsoring Departments, when a local company applies for a house for a key worker.

The Employment Services Agency provides advice to the Scottish Special Housing Association on the job category of incoming workers who apply to the Association for housing accommodation, and consultations take place as necessary with the Manpower Services Commission and other Government bodies, including the Offshore Supplies Office.
