asked the Secretary of State for Wales what proposals he has for road improvements at the junction of the A483 and AS trunk roads near Llangollen, Clwyd.

A major scheme to construct a new section of trunk road between C'hirk and Newbridge which will bypass the existing junction is in the trunk road preparation pool. It is too early to say when work will start as this will depend on the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and the availability of funds.

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what proportion of the land suitable for industrial development in Llangollen. Clwyd, is currently sterilised for that purpose by reason of the proposals for a bypass of the town.

I am not aware of land earmarked for industrial development which has been affected by the preferred route for the Llangollen bypass.

and hectare and in total for seed and ware; how much seed and how much ware was exported in each of 1975 and 1976 and in 1977 to 30th November 1977; and what was the consumption in Northern Ireland in 1975 and 1976 and the expected consumption of the 1977 crop.
