asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, as part of the allocation of wavelengths for radio programmes by the appropriate international body, there has been any reservation for a new series of broadcasts by an EEC radio unit.

No. If it were to start, the European Radio Service would use wavelengths already allocated to the countries taking part in the programmes.
