asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the slaughterhouses in Scotland which are EEC approved for export of carcase meat; which other setablishments in Smotland which other establishments in Scotland are approved for cutting up, processing and transhipment arrangements; and whether these are working below their full capacity.
