asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in view of the possibility of legal action in connection with matters revealed by Judge Fay concerning the Crown Agents case, he will ask all of those who are, or are likely to be, in any way implicated, to surrender their passports.

No. Passports would be withdrawn in such cases only if warrants for arrest were issued.
