asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many persons, wanted for terrorist-type offences committed in Northern Ireland since the coming into operation of the Criminal Law (Jurisdiction) Act, are now in the Irish Republic.

The number and whereabouts of persons whom the police in Northern Ireland wish to interview in connection with criminal offences are operational matters for the Chief Constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary.
