Although it is open to a court to include a warning of the penalties for failure to surrender to custody in any document relating to bail which may be given to a defendant, this information was not included in the prescribed forms because there is no obligation under the Bail Act to give a person granted unconditional bail a copy of the bail record unless he asks for one.
