asked the Secretary of State for Energy what plans he has for further stimulating public debate on the issues connected with nuclear power.

The Government's policy of publishing as much information as possible relating to nuclear developments, of conducting public inquiries and discussions and of submitting a proposal like the Windscale reprocessing plant to Parliament for decision has been welcomed and will continue.
