asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what are the latest available figures for (a) the index of relative export prices for manufactures, (b) the index of terms of trade for manufactures, (c) relative normal unit labour costs, (d) wholesale prices, (e) export prices of manufactures and (f) import prices of manufactures.

The number of claims to blind person's allowance in the five years to 1975–76, the latest year available, has been approximately 30,000 each year. The annual sample upon which this estimate is based is not large enough to give sufficiently accurate figures for individual years.The annual cost is estimated to be £1 to £1½ million.
