, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 25th April 1978; Vol. 948, c. 544], gave the following information:Statistics prior to 1973 are not available. Between 1st January 1973 and 31st December 1977, some 150 members of the RUC were convicted, mainly in respect of motoring offences. Available records indicate that there were 14 convictions in respect of offences against the person.
