asked the Secretary for Wales (1) what is the average pupil-teacher ratio in primary schools and in secondary schools in Wales, respectively;(2) what is the average pupil-teacher ratio in primary schools in each of the Welsh counties;(3) what is the average pupil-teacher ratio in secondary schools in each of the Welsh counties.
