Sir B. Rhys Williams
asked the Secretary of State for Social Services when he expects to receive the report of the Occupational Pensions Board on the transferability of pension rights; and if it is now his policy to confer full rights of transfers of their accrued entitlements upon all the members of private occupational pension schemes which claim the benefit of the tax concessions available to such schemes.
