asked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) when he expects improvements on the A435 between junction 9 on the M5 and Birmingham to be completed;(2) whether he will place a weight restriction on the use of Bewley Bridge on the A456;(3) what estimate he has made of the traffic build-up on the A449, A456, A442 and A451 through the district of Wyre Forest over the next 10 years;(4) what is his current estimate of the cost and time required to construct a third lane on the M5 between junctions 3 and 6;(5) what will be the design capacity of the M5 between junctions 3 and 6 after its proposed major reconstruction; when he expects traffic to exceed this capacity; and what plans he has to increase this capacity.
