As at 31st July, my Department has distributed the following numbers of free copies of the Discussion Document "A Happier Old Age" as follows:

| (b) Local Authorities | 5,423 |
| (c) Voluntary Organisations | 8,367 |
| (d) Professional Associations | 679 |
| (e) Miscellaneous Organisations | 1,645 |
