asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many copies of the Government discussion document on the elderly, "A Happier Old Age", has been issued to (a) health authorities and community health councils (b) local authorities, (c) voluntary organisations, (d) professional associations, and (e) miscellaneous organisations, respectively, up until 31st July.
