asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will set out in tabular form in both current and constant prices, his latest estimate of the benefit to the balance of payments current and capital accounts and of the effect on the public sector borrowing requirement for the years 1972 to 1977 and for the first half of 1978 of (a) North Sea oil production and (b) United Kingdom natural gas production.
