All local authorities have received expenditure allocations for the insulation of council dwellings. Figures for completed work are not yet available.Mrs. Chalker asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many council houses have been insulated since the programme announced by the Secretary of State for Energy on 12th December 1977; what percentage of all insulated council housing this represents; and what percentage of those so far insulated under this programme is pensioner households.
