asked the Secretary of State for Industry if he will place in the Library a copy of the Science Policy Research Unit of Sussex University report commissioned by his Department which forecasts unemployment in the United Kingdom of between 10 per cent. and 15 per cent. of the working population.

I understand that the report to which the hon. Member refers is likely to be published later this year by Sussex University. At present a text for publication is still being discussed with my Department and copies of it are not yet available.
