asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what steps he now intends to take to implement the recommendations of the Lawrence Report on the rating of halls in Northern Ireland.

A proposal for a draft Order in Council dealing with the matters considered by the Lawrence Committee will be published early in November.
