asked the Prime Minister whether he will make a special Prime Ministerial broadcast to the nation concerning the need for continued sanctions against Rhodesia.

asked the Prime Minister whether, in support of the declared policy of open government, he will make available to the public all papers and documents, including Cabinet minutes, connected with the breaking of sanctions on Rhodesia.

The first step is for the House to debate the Bingham report and Rhodesian oil sanctions generally.
