It would be premature to make a statement about this case. The proposal which my hon. Friend and others have very recently put to me requires careful investigation, and before taking a decision I shall in any event wish to have the advice of the Mental Health Review Tribunal to which the case has been referred at Miss Iron's request.I have written to my hon.
