Queen's Recommendation having been signified

Resolved,

That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to establish a Central Council for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting, and National Boards for the four parts of the United Kingdom, and for other purposes, it is expedient to authorise the making of grants, out of money provided by Parliament, to the Central Council and the National Boards towards expenses incurred or to be incurred by them with the approval of the Secretary of State.—[Mr. Jim Marshall.]
