asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what arrangements have been made for official talks and contacts with representatives of Her Majesty's Government for General Agosti, a member of the Argentinian junta, during his forthcoming visit to London; and if an opportunity is to be provided to discuss the possibility of arms sales.
